Glass staircases and upper-floor balustrades are the element that defines a villa's interior quality more than almost anything else. We install 12mm toughened and 13.52mm toughened-laminated safety glass with frameless channel fixing or stainless-steel post systems. Pool glass fencing uses a minimum 12mm toughened specification with secure channel base. All balustrading meets UAE and international load safety standards.
Internal glass partitions create defined rooms without closing off natural light. Single-glazed, double-glazed acoustic, or switchable privacy glass — framed, semi-frameless, or fully frameless.
