Shower Enclosures in Dubai: Renovations and New Villa Bathrooms

Most of our Dubai shower enclosure work falls into two categories: replacing an ageing framed shower screen in an established villa in Mirdif or The Springs with a frameless one as part of a bathroom refresh, and fitting new-build ensuites in newer developments like Dubai Hills and Arabian Ranches, where the bathroom is often already tiled and waiting for the final glass fit. In both cases, the work is entirely internal, so it does not require a building permit, only a measurement visit, fabrication, and a fitting appointment.

A typical Dubai enclosure is measured on site, fabricated at our workshop, and installed within about a week of the site visit, with most standard enclosures fitted in a single day. Because Dubai's tap water can be harder in some areas than others, we advise on the right glass coating and cleaning routine to keep limescale marks from building up on the panels, and every enclosure is finished with a full silicone seal check before we consider the job complete.
