Legal
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website diamondstepuae.com and any quotation, consultation, or contracting services provided by Diamond Step® Aluminium & Glass Contracting L.L.C SP ("Diamond Step", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under DED Trade Licence No. 528963.
By browsing this website, submitting a consultation or quote request, or engaging Diamond Step for any project, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Diamond Step provides aluminium and glass contracting services across all seven UAE emirates, including but not limited to bifolding doors, sliding doors, aluminium windows and doors, glass partitions, curtain wall systems, shower enclosures, glass balustrades, ACP cladding, pergolas, and related maintenance and repair work.
All works are fabricated in our own UAE workshop and installed by our own team. We do not subcontract fabrication.
The information published on this website (including service descriptions, blog articles, and indicative pricing ranges) is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding quotation is only issued following a site visit and is confirmed in writing.
We offer a free, no-obligation site visit and consultation across all UAE emirates. Following the site visit, we provide a written, itemised quotation based on the scope of work, materials, and dimensions assessed on site.
Payment terms are agreed individually per project and confirmed in the written quotation or contract. As a general practice:
Estimated timelines are provided as part of every quotation. Typical residential projects begin fabrication within 5–10 working days of an approved quotation and deposit, with on-site installation generally taking 1–5 days depending on scope.
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including site access, third-party approvals (e.g. building management NOCs), material supply, or weather conditions. We will communicate any material delay as soon as we become aware of it.
To enable us to deliver your project on schedule, you agree to:
Diamond Step provides a workmanship warranty on installed works, with the specific warranty period confirmed in your project quotation or contract. This covers defects arising from installation workmanship under normal use.
Manufacturer warranties on glass, hardware, and aluminium systems are passed through to the client where applicable and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental impact, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or events outside our control (including extreme weather events).
Once a quotation is approved and fabrication has commenced, materials are cut and prepared specifically for your project. Accordingly:
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Diamond Step's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the relevant project contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
The content on this website, including blog articles and pricing guides, is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a formal site assessment and quotation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms, our website, or any contracted services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract.
We encourage clients to first raise any concern directly with us so that we can work towards a resolution before pursuing formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
