Frameless Sliding vs Fixed Glass Rooms

A frameless sliding enclosure uses top-and-bottom track-mounted glass panels with no vertical posts, so the whole run stacks open to one side, popular for apartment towers along Al Khan and Buhaira Corniche, where the view matters and the space needs to flex between open-air and enclosed. A fixed glass room extension uses permanently glazed aluminium-framed panels with a dedicated door, better suited to a villa terrace in Al Taawun or University City being converted into a year-round room such as a home office, gym, or sitting area.
